Founder and Vision
Empower Your Core was developed by Mohammed Rahali, a method developer and entrepreneur. Born and raised in the Netherlands, Mohammed encountered the classical Pilates method in Los Angeles. After intensive training, founding his own studio, True and Pure Pilates, and years of practical experience, he became convinced it was time for innovation.
Combining hands-on experience with deep curiosity about anatomy, biomechanics, and modern training principles, Mohammed recognised the limitations of classical Pilates. He envisioned a broader, smarter, and more effective method.
We live in an era where critical thinking, autonomy, and evidence-based practices are essential. Empower Your Core translates scientific findings into effective, practical training methods. The method provides a clear alternative to rigid movement systems.

Mission
Our mission at Empower Your Core is to promote strength, mobility, and body awareness through a scientifically grounded, holistic approach to movement. We aim to empower individuals to understand and strengthen their bodies by performing movements intentionally and finding a balance between strength and flexibility.
Vision
Empower Your Core draws insights from various movement systems but always starts from the body itself. What we incorporate from existing systems is translated into functional strength, coordination, and mobility. The body dictates what's necessary, not rigid forms.
Many traditional methods emphasise standardised movements and fixed forms. At Empower Your Core, we believe each person is unique and that the body provides the best guidance on effective movements and approaches. Instead of rigidly following techniques, we focus on cultivating deeper body awareness and listening to what the body needs at each moment. This makes our method not only flexible but also respectful of the body’s natural movements.
